As a Tech Strategy Consultant, you’ll join a dynamic and diverse team where you’ll tackle complex strategic challenges related to the Technology domain of Rabobank on a daily basis. You’ll collaborate closely with various experts to find smart solutions that have a direct impact. Both the job content and working with senior managers and executives come naturally to you, and you’ll quickly build a reputation as a trusted advisor and senior level sparring partner. The atmosphere is both result-oriented and informal, with a can-do mentality.

• Provide robust advice that aligns with stakeholders’ needs at all levels.
• Deliver compelling and clear presentations with a distinct and well-founded perspective.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, evolve Rabobank’s IT operating model, and promote the transition to a platform-based technology landscape.

• Utilize your strong analytical skills to structure questions both in terms of content and process.
• Sharpen strategic frameworks and accelerate the transition from strategy to execution.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate with leaders and experts within the organization.

This is a role in the Strategy & Communication team, which is part of the Strategy, Design, & Transformation (SD&T) division in CITO.

You and your talent

Customer and result orientation, along with strong communication skills and independence, are essential for this role as a Tech Strategy Consultant. Additionally, it’s important that you recognize yourself in the following list:

• You hold a completed WO master’s degree, preferably in a discipline with a strong technological or digital component.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment or a prominent consulting firm.
• Consulting is in your DNA and you are comfortable engaging in strategic dialogue at the highest level.
• Affinity with tech, digital, data & analytics, and agile ways of working.
• Demonstrated experience in various strategic projects collaborating with consultants, tech experts, and business experts.
• A solid understanding of relevant trends and challenges in the financial sector, along with proven ability to translate them into actionable steps.
• Ability to translate tech initiatives into compelling business cases, gaining buy-in from business stakeholders for strategic technology investments.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of structuring questions both in terms of content and process.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of senior stakeholders.
• Positive, creative, enjoyable to work with, and driven to improve yourself and others.
• Intrinsically motivated to make an impact not only in business but also in society.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
