As a Senior HR IT Projectmanager at Highberg, you will have overall responsibility for successfully leading complex HR IT implementations and transformations for clients. You will provide structure, direction and results in projects where technology, processes and organizational change converge.

What are you going to do?

As a Senior HR IT Project Manager at Highberg, you will lead large-scale HR IT initiatives such as HR tech implementations, migrations and digital transformations. You are responsible for the entire project cycle, from initiation to delivery and assurance, managing stakeholder relations, risk and quality control, and motivating and supporting teams. You work closely with HR, IT teams, suppliers and senior management to deliver integrated projects on time and within budget. You also coach colleagues and contribute to the further professionalization of project management within the organization.

Who are you?

  • You are an experienced project manager with a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach, getting things done and delivering results.
  • You excel at communication and strategic thinking, with the ability to oversee complex environments and provide clear direction.
  • You adopt a coaching approach towards team members and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing within the organisation.

What are we asking?

  • At least 5–7 years’ experience as a project manager in HR IT, digitalisation or consultancy.
  • Proven experience with HR IT implementations or HR transformations.
  • Higher education (HBO/WO) level, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
