As a (Junior) HR IT Projectmanager at Highberg, you will assist with the implementation and coordination of HR IT projects and have the opportunity to put your knowledge of HR technology and project management into practice straight away. You will contribute to the successful delivery of digital HR transformations and systems for clients.

What are you going to do as (Junior) HR IT Projectmanager?

In this role, you will contribute to HR IT projects, working alongside experienced project managers and consultants to ensure their successful completion. You will assist in monitoring scope, planning, risks and actions, and act as a liaison between various stakeholders and project teams. You will help analyse processes, support workshops, report on progress and contribute to the continuity of project deliverables. You will learn how to structure projects and eventually manage them independently.

  • Collaborating with senior colleagues and learning from their approach
  • Connecting stakeholders and managing expectations
  • Monitoring, reporting and adjusting progress
  • Identifying opportunities and proposing improvements
  • Taking on more responsibility step by step

What are we asking?

  • 0–5 years’ experience in project management, digitalisation or consultancy
  • An interest in HR IT or HR transformation
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or university degree and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

  • A gross monthly salary of between €4,000 and €5,500 (depending on experience), plus excellent fringe benefits including a consultant bonus scheme, annual profit-sharing, a pension and holiday entitlement;
