Sales Engineer, Poultry, EMEA

You will be the crucial link between our customers, the sales team, engineering, and project management. From the first quotation to final delivery, you will ensure every project runs smoothly and delivers maximum value to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate the full quotation and order process, including budget monitoring.
• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions, working closely with Industry Sales Managers, Account Managers, and global agents.
• Manage projects ranging from €200K to €8M – and occasionally up to €25M.
• Collaborate with innovation, layout, and installation teams to create tailor-made solutions – from a single machine to complete production lines or entire plants.
• Develop compelling proposals that lead to successful deals.
• Build strong internal networks to access the right information and expertise.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or commercial field.
• Experience in a commercial, coordinating, and/or technical role (international experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages, such as Dutch, are a plus).
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset – you make things happen.
• Ability to switch gears quickly and stay effective under pressure.
• Collaborative spirit – you enjoy connecting people and expertise.
