Interim Total Rewards Manager (8-month contract, starting 1 June 2026)

Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam and reporting into our Director HR Services & Total Rewards, you'll contribute to our mission by ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of our Total Rewards framework across the organisation during a critical transition period. In this interim role, you'll manage essential compensation and benefits programmes, lead EU Pay Transparency compliance initiatives, and provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners, maintaining operational excellence whilst supporting our employees throughout an 8-month maternity cover assignment.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
