Interim Total Rewards Manager (8-month contract, starting 1 June 2026)

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam and reporting into our Director HR Services & Total Rewards, you'll contribute to our mission by ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of our Total Rewards framework across the organisation during a critical transition period. In this interim role, you'll manage essential compensation and benefits programmes, lead EU Pay Transparency compliance initiatives, and provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners, maintaining operational excellence whilst supporting our employees throughout an 8-month maternity cover assignment.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Execute job evaluations using Mercer and Korn Ferry Hay Group methodologies whilst maintaining the Job Architecture framework to ensure alignment and internal equity.
  • Manage annual merit and bonus cycles in SuccessFactors, analyse compensation data and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Lead EU Pay Transparency Act compliance preparations by conducting pay gap analysis, reporting and partnering with HRIS and Legal teams for data accuracy.
  • Review and optimise employee benefits offerings through vendor discussions and contract reviews to enhance the overall value proposition.
  • Serve as the key contact for compensation and benefits matters, supporting HR Business Partners with policy interpretation and ensuring consistent application of Total Rewards frameworks.
  • Support reward-related projects and process improvements by implementing Total Rewards tools with external providers.
  • Partner with HR Operations and HRIS teams to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure accurate administration of compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Leading and providing mentorship to our Total Reward graduate.

You have the following skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Job evaluation expertise in Mercer and Korn Ferry Hay Group methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors compensation management system.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities.
  • Knowledge of European employment legislation and pay transparency compliance.
  • Strong English communication skills
