O’Neill Europe is looking for a new Design Intern, September 2026! If you’re into design and want to make a real impact, this internship is your chance to jump into action with a legendary surf and snow brand.

An internship in the Product department gives you the opportunity to work with the design team on developing and growing O’Neill’s product business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 🌊 Prepare color inspiration boards for kick-off and preparation
• 🏄‍♀️ Help develop new styles
• 💪🏽 Drive innovation and sustainability within the O’Neill product team
• 🏂 Work with production teams on specific design needs
• 🏖 Research trends and share findings with the design team
• 🎨 Help build technical design sheets for the styles across the range
• 🖌️ Work as a team on daily updates to re-energize the range through new shapes, fabric, trims and print programs

Who We’re Looking For

• 📚 Your Background: Design background or education
• ❤️ Availability: as of September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months
• 💻 Skills: You’re experienced with Adobe Illustrator
• 🗣 Communication: You’re fluent in English
• 💡 Attitude: You pay attention to detail, you’re eager to learn and you like to take risks
