Job description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to support our commercial activities across France, Belgium, and the UK. In this role, you will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and contribute to the growth of our customer portfolio. Every day is dynamic, from client visits to product presentations, pricing negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

As a Junior Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for your assigned accounts and regions. You proactively manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the success of our sales operations. Your focus: growing revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts and regions

  • Expand the customer portfolio while managing existing relationships

  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Prepare quotations, manage tenders, and negotiate pricing

  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and documentation of all offers and activities

  • Monitor sales project status (production, certification, delivery) and intervene when necessary

  • Maintain customer satisfaction above 85% across your portfolio

  • Contribute to monthly sales forecasts and reporting

  • Identify market trends and opportunities for product development

  • Resolve outstanding customer accounts in coordination with Finance

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Completed relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Commercial Studies)

  • Knowledge of retail and/or B2B market dynamics in FR & BE

  • Understanding of commercial and administrative sales processes

  • Strong time and priority management skills

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
