SuccessFactors Product Specialist

Main duties and responsibilities

  • The Product specialist will be responsible for analysing the efficiency of the solution and ensuring enhancements (SAP or internal) are adopted within the solution to continue maximising the ROI
  • The Product specialist will be aligned to a process workstream (e.g. Recruitment & Onboarding), but will be expected to have a basic knowledge across all modules ensuring BAU delivery is maintained during periods of absence
  • The Product specialist will work with the supplier and the relevant CoE to identify and implement a 12-24 month rolling technical roadmap that underpins the HR strategy and ensures continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
  • The role holder will be expected to project manage the full design, build, test, implement cycle for their roadmap items, as well as any configuration / bug fixes raised as BAU
  • Technical processes will be owned by the HRIS team and will be delivered by the Product specialists (e.g. Position management, delegation, bulk-upload) in the immediate aftermath of EPIC implementation
  • The team will work with IBM on a day to day basis to leverage the AMS provision, and ensuring the appropriate knowledge transfer takes place
