Internship opportunity: Enterprise Service Management

Role

As an Intern, you will be assisting in onboarding the various business process into ING’s Enterprise Service Management platform. This will be an opportunity for you to learn the various business processes within the company via various activities in implementing them in a Service Management platform. You will also be assisting in communicating the achievements of the department to the wider organization to highlight our achievements in improving people’s work. The team

We are Enterprise Service Management, a department within Corporate Technology/People & Hubs responsible for managing the ServiceNow GLITS platform and scaling it as a global tool. We provide a platform for service management workflow and automation solution towards employees & various business domains to help them make their work flow and allow them greater focus to do the things that really matter for the bank and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an intern to help and learn in delivering our workflow solutions and on some communication activities.

  • Configure forms and workflows into the Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Conduct testing of features of forms and workflows developed by the squad.
  • Execute weekly change deployments.
  • Create user manuals for new workflows/applications going live.
  • Communicate the achievements of the ESM chapter to the wider ING community.
  • Assist the Product Manager & Chapter Lead on various activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in learning about various banking business process, and the technologies that drive them.
  • Independent, ambitious, and result-driven.
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and enjoy coming up with new ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
