For our team in Nijmegen, we are looking for an enthusiastic Production operator in our MedTech field. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in a dynamic environment where your contributions to the production and packaging team will have a direct impact on helping patients worldwide access a highly innovative new product.

You’ll play a hands-on role in the final stages of our manufacturing process: packaging finished product and ensuring cleanroom tools and equipment are washed, inspected and returned ready-for-use. This is a practical, detail-driven role where your care directly protects product quality and patient safety.

This role will give you hands-on experience that builds a strong foundation for a future career in the pharmaceutical sector. We’ll train you for the role with a future possibility to cross-train into full cleanroom operations and more advanced manufacturing tasks.

Tasks & responsibilities — Packaging & Washing

• Package finished product per SOPs and GMP (labeling, sealing, batching and final visual inspection) and perform in process checks (counts, seal and label accuracy).
• Clean and inspect cleanroom equipment following validated cleaning procedures; maintain contamination control (gowning, PPE, clean area discipline).
• Escalate deviations and non conformances, assist with investigations and corrective actions where required.
• Log all cleaning and packaging activities accurately and support batch release documentation.

Qualifications

• MLO with experience (or HBO starter).
• Experience in a production environment.
• You are precise, reliable and process-driven.
• You take pride in clear, legible documentation and consistently follows SOPs and GMP regulations.
• You keep workspaces and tools clean, notices small deviations, and acts to report them.
• You work well doing routine tasks for long stretches while maintaining accuracy and a safety-first mindset.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• You are fluent in English (Spoken/written).
