As an Analyst D&T Warehousing, you will support the digital transformation and operational excellence of warehouse operations by translating operational needs into data-driven insights and system enhancements. Working closely with operations and IT teams, you will focus on SAP-based warehousing solutions such as SAP EWM and WM, as well as related data and reporting, to enable reliable and scalable warehouse performance. Based in Maastricht, you will also be part of the Manufacturing cluster management team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the warehousing landscape.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support analysis of warehouse processes and performance (e.g., throughput, inventory accuracy, service levels) and translate findings into improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, structure, and validate requirements from warehouse stakeholders; document user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
  • Assist with SAP warehousing solution support and improvements (e.g., SAP EWM/WM), including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and change requests.
  • Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), training materials, and hypercare to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
  • Build and maintain simple reports/dashboards and ensure data quality to enable day-to-day decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, IT, vendors) and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.

We offer

  • An environment that fosters curiosity, open-mindedness, continuous growth, and leadership development.
  • Flexible ways of working that empower people to take ownership, accountability, and drive outcomes.
  • Diverse and unique career opportunities across health, nutrition, beauty, and cutting-edge research and innovation.

You bring

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships, traineeships, or first role in supply chain / IT / analytics).
  • Interest in warehousing processes and systems (WMS; SAP EWM/WM knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; confident with Excel and basic data handling (Power BI / SQL is a plus).
  • Good communication skills; able to coordinate with both operational and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Capabilities

  • Requirements gathering and process documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).
  • Basic functional understanding of SAP warehousing and incident/change support.
  • Testing support (SIT/UAT), training support, and documentation.
  • Reporting and KPI monitoring to support continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
