Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule and conduct sales and product training programs with dealers.
• Support training and knowledge sessions as and when needed.
• Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Track and report on training completion and outcomes.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
• Organize logistics for training sessions and events including venues and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers as required.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with Aftersales team for a consistent Customer Service approach.

• Effective implementation of training programs.
• Increase customer satisfaction through shared customer experiences in sales and service.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, or have demonstrably academic thinking and working skills.
• Proficiency in French, Flemish and English. Chinese language skill is an advantage.
• You have strong communication skills and know how to build and maintain relationships.
• You work independently, proactively, and are results-oriented.
• You are willing to travel regularly within the Benelux.
