About this role

As a technical leader within our Global Growth Marketing team, you will lead the application of our causal inference strategy to our operations. Whether you identify as an Econometrician, Data Scientist, Statistician, or Decision Scientist, you will deliver excellence by building our in-house Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) capabilities from the ground up.

Key components of the position

  • Lead the development and implementation of causal inference frameworks to optimize global marketing measurement.
  • Build and scale our in-house Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) capabilities to drive excellence in our data-led strategy.
  • Aim high by researching and applying advanced econometric methodologies to solve complex marketing challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Global Growth Marketing team to translate technical findings into actionable business growth.
  • Help one another succeed by providing technical mentorship and leadership to the wider analytics community.
  • Maintain and improve our measurement codebase, ensuring high standards of documentation and reproducibility.

What you will bring to the team

  • Expert knowledge of econometrics and causal inference (Economics, Quantitative Marketing, Operations Research, or a related field; PhD preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and scale in-house Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
  • Experience with open-source tools such as Meridian, Robyn, or PyMC is a significant advantage.
  • Expertise in causal inference methods (e.g., synthetic control, IV, regression discontinuity, etc.).
  • Proven experience deploying econometric or machine learning models in production environments.
  • Proficient in Python/R and SQL; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
