ING is offering an Internship – Business analyst Capital Planning in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The team

In our team – WB Capital & Models, you will be guided and supported by experienced senior team members. We foster an open and collaborative culture that encourages learning, curiosity, and continuous development. WB Capital & Models consists of 7 teams: (1) WB Capital Management, (2) WB Capital Planning, (3) WB Reporting & Analytics (4) Expert Team Large Corporate and Financial Institutions (5) Expert Team Specialized Lending (6) Expert Team Scoping & Defaults (7) Expert Team Regulatory Transformation.

Roles and responsibilities

You will become part of the WB Capital Planning team. Your role is to support the team in creating a tool that can help managing balance sheet constraints.

You will collect requirements, create a model to optimize Return on Equity and translate them into tooling. You will be working in close cooperation with the team members in Amsterdam (7 FTE).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ambition and energy level
  • Enrolled in a Master’s program and knowledge of Financial Modelling
  • Analytical drive and capable of dealing with high complexity
  • Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into functional deliveries
  • Fluency in (business) English
