Internship Data & Analytics - AI Lab
YOUR TASKS
What will you do?
- Drive Discovery: Support the AI Lab Manager with stakeholder interviews, use case discovery, and the prioritization of ideas during the foundation phase.
- Experiment Creation: Assist in executing experiment sprints and developing prototypes to quickly validate AI concepts.
- Technology Monitoring: Actively track the latest developments in generative AI and foundational models, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate and Learn: Work flexibly alongside the AI Lab Manager, Data & AI consultants, and creative technologists within an iterative, scrum-based workflow.
About you:
- Passion for AI: A deep, demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence and a love for hands-on experimentation with new tools.
- Creative Technologist Mindset: You possess a flexible approach to problem-solving, think creatively, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in an experimental setup.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills necessary for participating in stakeholder interviews and translating business problems into technical experiments.
- Academic Focus: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Analytics).
- English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 3 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
- Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
- Travel Allowance: Max. 11,50€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

Eligibility Criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
- You are an EU citizen.
- You are on a Family/Partner visa.
- You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
