Your assignment

As an HR team, divided over 3 locations, we work together to support our organization every day. To make sure we are a great place to work for employees, we invest time and effort in a wide spectrum of HR areas.

We are looking for an intern in our research & development (R&D) sector. This sector is our cradle of innovation. With more than 1,000 FTE working in cross-site teams, we have more generations working within our organization than ever before. Our goal as HR department is to unleash the full potential of these generations.

With your help, we want to analyse what these generations need to become their most innovative self and to build high-performing teams.

Next to that, we will also include you in our daily processes depending on your interests, such as recruitment, legal cases, performance reviews, etc.

What’s in it for you?

  • A challenging assignment with skilled coaching.
  • Internship/graduation compensation of €500 per month.
  • Travel cost compensation if you don’t have an OV-weekcard.
  • The possibility to network with professionals inside and outside your field of expertise, thanks to the diversity of disciplines you will work with.
