About the role

This is an exciting role which requires experience in handling large volume of data and responsible to collect, structure, validate and cleanse the data supplied during transition sessions and templates; Owner of the engagement metadata that is used as basis for operations and global compliances Information Request and data acquisition; Investigates and clarifies data quality issues. Look into the opportunities to Perform – Analyse – Standardize – Automate wherever possible centrally.

Your key responsibilities

• Investigate and address data quality issues while identifying opportunities to analyse, standardize, and automate processes to enhance efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality services and engage effectively with colleagues across various functions.
• Contribute to process improvements by proposing viable options.
• Participate in developing reusable assets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate project activities effectively and collaborate with diverse teams across geographies.

Skills and attributes for success

• Thorough understanding of end-to-end processes and familiarity with EY’s delivery methodology concerning global compliance reporting and tax finance operations.
• Proficiency in planning, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Excel and Power BI, alongside a basic knowledge of tax and accounting principles (desirable)
• Solid grasp of data and technology deployment strategies, including requirement gathering, design, technical setup, and testing.
• Analytical mindset, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and a structured approach to work.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Have excellent quality in service delivery
• Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed
• Flag the risks appropriately at right time
• Participate in development of re-usable assets

Ideally, you must also

• Have an analytical mindset, quick learner and capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to deliver work in a structured manner
• Have the ability to coordinate project activities and work well with different teams including geographically dispersed resources across multiple teams within EY and the client side
• Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

What we look for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics or Business Management
• 0–1 years’ experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment (desirable)
