The Hague International Centre is proud to be the one-stop shop dedicated to supporting internationals in The Hague region. As part of the Municipality of The Hague, the Centre offers a comprehensive range of free essential services to help newcomers settle into life in the Netherlands. In collaboration with the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and our partner ACCESS, we facilitate essential government formalities including municipal registration, citizen service number (BSN) issuance, and the collection of residence and work permits. These services are available to highly skilled migrants, diplomats, scientific researchers, international students, graduates, start-ups, and their family members.
Beyond formalities, The Hague International Centre provides practical information and guidance on housing, healthcare, education, employment, and local life. Through helpdesks, welcome guides, online resources, and year-round events and webinars, the Centre ensures internationals feel informed and connected. Whether you're moving for work, study, or family, The Hague International Centre is here to help internationals feel at home.
