About the Role

As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will take ownership of a core finance function at Redcare, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality AP operations across a complex, high volume environment.

You will lead and develop a large team, bring structure to a growing organization, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a highly visible role with strong cross-functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to shape how AP operates at scale.

Tasks

  • Lead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment
  • Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP & related tools)
  • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structural and continuous improvement into the function.

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex setups
  • Strong people leader with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations
  • Experience with ERP systems and automation, combined with a process improvement mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment; German is a plus
