The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Medior Software Developer with C++ and Java experience to join our team working on complex training and simulation software.

As a Software Developer, your main tasks will include:

• Proactively identifying and acquiring the technical data necessary for complex system integration
• Applying a strong affinity for system architecture to ensure scalable and robust software solutions
• Building and refining high-quality visual elements and graphical overlays for simulation environments
• Working within a multidisciplinary team of engineers using modern Scrum and Agile methodologies

Your Profile

• This role requires Dutch security clearance due to work in the defence sector. Please note that only candidates who meet government eligibility requirements for this screening can be considered.
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical domain
• Proficient knowledge of English (required full work proficiency)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
• Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week
• Strong debugging skills and a commitment to thorough technical documentation.
• Willingness to take initiative, be a team player, and adapt to high-stakes project requirements.
