This internship opportunity is for Training & Capability Support (Master, non-thesis).
Join Philips’ global Capability Management & Transformation team as an intern and contribute to the coordination, creation, and delivery of training programs that support global standard processes across supply chain, R&D, commercial teams, and respiratory-related business domains.
In this role, you will collaborate with trainers, change managers, and business process experts to ensure high-quality training materials, structured deployment planning, and smooth execution of learning activities. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will help synchronize training plans, improve content consistency, and support capability development efforts for diverse audiences worldwide.
This internship offers a 50/50 split between supporting global capability-building programs, including training design, planning, and user engagement, and coordinating training execution, including logistics, stakeholder alignment, session readiness, tracking participation, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
