What you’ll do as Systems Engineer Technical Service Desk
As the first point of contact for 1,000+ developers, you’ll tackle complex technical issues across our stack—from cryptic Kubernetes errors to cloud database quirks—using your deep infrastructure expertise and problem-solving skills. You’ll own issues end-to-end, whether resolving them yourself, mobilizing experts, or guiding users to documentation.
