Een korte blik op jouw rol
Als Maintenance Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische operatie van het hotel.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Aansturen en coachen van de technische dienst
- Opstellen van roosters en werkplanning
- Onderhoud en reparaties aan gebouw en installaties
- Beheer van elektra, sanitair, HVAC, verlichting en energievoorzieningen
- Zorgen voor veilige en perfect onderhouden kamers en publieke ruimtes
- Coördineren van externe leveranciers voor liften, airco, koeling en sprinklers
- Preventief onderhoud, inspecties en renovaties
- Toezicht op veiligheid, Arbo, HACCP en wettelijke controles
- Direct schakelen bij storingen of calamiteiten
