Key Account Manager - Benelux

Your Mission

As Key Account Manager for the Benelux market, you drive GMV growth by developing and expanding a strategic portfolio of collectables sellers. You combine commercial ownership with coaching and leadership, strengthening both seller performance and the wider sales team. As a senior member of the Collectables Supercluster Sales team, you shape territory strategy, build long-term partnerships and contribute directly to Catawiki’s growth in a key market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key sellers in the Benelux region, driving GMV and quality KPIs
  • Develop medium and long-term strategic growth plans in close alignment with Category Managers and Sales leadership
  • Analyse seller performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate insights into clear commercial actions
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts to secure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Lead commercial conversations with sellers and experts, driving structured follow-ups and measurable impact
  • Conduct regular business reviews, translating KPIs and processes into actionable improvement plans
  • Coach and support other Account Managers, sharing sales expertise and raising overall team performance

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management with ownership of revenue and performance targets
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with top sellers
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills across in-person, phone and written channels
  • Autonomous and well-organised working style, with willingness to travel across the Benelux region
  • Proficiency with Google tools; experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus; and a genuine interest in Collectables

How We Work in Collectables

  • You are part of a collaborative Collectables Sales team where each Account Manager owns a territory and leads its strategy and performance
  • You work closely with Category Managers, Experts and Sales leadership to align on growth priorities and seller strategy
  • You contribute to a culture of shared learnings, commercial focus and continuous improvement across the team
  • You balance independent ownership of your portfolio with active collaboration, both in the Amsterdam office and in the field with sellers

Why You'll Love Working with Us

  • Create a visible impact by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories. In our flat structure, every role has a broad scope and directly impacts both our customers and the business.
