Vanderlande is looking for a Tax Manager CIT / WHT to convert a complex organisational structure into pragmatic tax guidance for the business and contribute to profitable growth through expertise in direct tax and withholding taxes.
Your Department
The Tax department manages the tax consequences of the organization and its operations. This comprises management of the tax risks and costs of the organization and securing its tax reputation. The department consists of a team of dedicated tax professionals that provide clear, timely, relevant and business focused advice, guidelines, processes and reports across all aspects of taxation.
Your Position
As Tax Manager CIT / WHT you are a skilled sparring partner of the finance team and report to the Tax Director. Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Your Profile
The ideal candidate has a degree in fiscal economics or tax law and a minimum of 8 years of experience as a consultant of a big-four accounting firm and/or as an in-house tax manager in a large corporate environment.
You are a specialist with solid understanding of Dutch and International Direct Tax, WHT, Permanent Establishments, Tax Treaties and other international tax aspects.
