About the role:
We’re looking for a Working Student, Commercial Operations (m/w/d) – Rx / Consumer Business who will bring structure, proactivity, and a strong commercial mindset to our team. In this role, you’ll support the Rx and Consumer Business in day-to-day operations — executing commercial initiatives such as campaigns and action plans, aligning stakeholders, and helping optimize consumer-facing product and content areas to make them clearer, more consistent, and conversion-friendly.

About your tasks:

  • Coordinate and track commercial initiatives and campaigns end-to-end, managing timelines, action items, and dependencies while ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment (Content, Design, CRM, etc.).

  • Create and manage tickets, clearly document requirements, and maintain up-to-date system statuses to ensure smooth operational execution.

  • Oversee asset and content alignment by collecting inputs, managing versions, coordinating approvals, and performing pre-launch quality checks (links, placements, consistency with brief).

  • Maintain and optimize selected consumer-facing content areas (e.g., Online Magazines), improving structure, clarity, and completeness.

  • Conduct regular content checks and support light performance monitoring to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the overall customer journey.

About you:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally Business Administration, Economics, Business & Management, or a comparable field.

  • You have a strong structured way of working, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and document tasks clearly and reliably.

  • You have a hands-on, proactive mindset with a high level of ownership in day-to-day execution.

  • You are a confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • You have solid knowledge of MS Office and common collaboration tools; first experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.

  • You are interested in eCommerce, conversion, and Rx B2C/B2B models, ideally with a basic understanding of digital product and content workflows (brief → execution → QA → go-live).

  • You are fluent in English and German.
