Global Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by driving the global Trade Marketing strategy that connects our brand vision with commercial execution across wholesale channels worldwide. In this role, you'll coordinate seasonal toolkits, develop impactful retail materials, and ensure seamless collaboration between our global headquarters and regional teams, enabling effective market activation and enhancing our presence with retail partners globally.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver comprehensive global Trade Marketing toolkits that align brand direction with regional commercial needs across all wholesale channels.
  • Support the creation and development of seasonal sell-in and sell-out materials, including point-of-purchase displays and trade presentations.
  • Drive effective communication and information flow between Global Headquarters and Regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Oversee and manage the Trade Marketing calendar whilst tracking project progress across multiple teams and markets.
  • Develop retail partner activation guidelines and best-practice documentation to support consistent brand execution.
  • Track and report on toolkit adoption rates, content usage metrics, and campaign impact across regions to measure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Category, Retail Marketing, and Store Design teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches.

You have the following skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Retail Marketing within global or multi-regional environments.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Brand awareness and creative sensibility.
  • Analytical capabilities with experience in metrics tracking and reporting.
