As Groupleader electronics engineering, you’ll work with people who are genuinely passionate about technology, love innovation, and want to make the world a little bit better. Our department consists of a team of around fifteen motivated engineers. They work with great enthusiasm on the development of custom electronics, primarily for medical products. These range from smart health trackers and IVD equipment to advanced surgical instruments. We have expertise in both analog and digital electronics, such as sensors, wireless technology, motion solutions, and data acquisition. In addition, we are well versed in medical standards and the associated certification. In almost all of our products, the interfaces between mechanics, software, and electronics play a major role—that is why we work in multidisciplinary teams in which everyone complements each other. We create a working environment where people enjoy working together, feel safe to share ideas, and are proud of what they achieve together.
As a group leader, you are the face of the department and a connecting force within the company. You create an environment in which people feel seen, you inspire your team and motivate them by paying attention to the person behind the engineer. You combine a focus on results with humanity and ensure that everyone contributes to our projects with pleasure and pride.
With your coaching style and open attitude, you help the team grow. You encourage development, monitor quality, and ensure that the work is organized in a pleasant and efficient manner. In our dynamic project environment, you work closely with business unit managers, project managers, and group leaders from other departments and branches. Together, you build a strong, committed, and successful organization.
