Horeko - another merge of 2 Dutch words for Hospitaly and recipe costing - was born. Idea is to build a business with the main focus of developing software that would advance the hospitality industry. We’re making the work of our clients easier by adding smart functionalities to our recipes, cost management, warehouse, scheduling, employees, suppliers and accounting integrations. Think about future AI based optimizations and assistance. Next to that, we feel the responsibility to our vast group of users to keep the product running smoothly and react to issues swiftly.

In Exact Horeko, you’ll be working in the Microsoft tech stack: .Net Core C#, SQL Server, operated on Azure.

For the position of Software Engineer, we expect you to:

• Min 4-5 years C# experience (.NET 8 or .NET Core)
• Seasoned professional in the Microsoft coding ecosystem
• SQL Server
• Azure
• Webforms experience
• Keep code clean and simple
• Like to work on financial business software
• Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or equivalent
• Good communication skills (fluency in English, both verbally and written)
