At Nedap Retail, we empower retailers around the world with our iD Cloud platform. We work closely with leading brands like Hugo Boss and lululemon to help them achieve accurate inventory visibility and create better shopping experiences. As our customer base continues to expand, we’re looking for an International Account Executive to guide European fashion retailers in adopting RFID technology and unlocking long-term value.

What are you going to do?

As an International Account Executive, you are responsible for building and growing relationships with international retail clients across the European fashion industry. You take a consultative, value-driven approach, guiding retailers and brands as they begin their RFID journey as part of a broader digital transformation strategy.

Working closely with specialists across Nedap, you translate customer needs into solutions that create tangible value for people working in stores, distribution centers, and throughout the retail value chain. You are skilled at navigating complex decision-making processes and building trust with stakeholders at all levels of international organizations. Through this approach, you directly contribute to the growth of the iD Cloud platform and to the long-term success of our customers.

Your responsibilities

Build relationships en identify opportunities

Engage with European fashion retailers to understand their challenges and growth opportunities. Through networking, outreach and partner collaboration, you build a strong pipeline of new prospects.

Create commercial opportunities

Identify relevant sales opportunities and position RFID as a solution that delivers clear business and human value across retail organizations.

Guide decision-making

Advise and support clients throughout the entire sales process, influencing stakeholders at all levels and clearly articulating the value of RFID.

Inspire en convince

Deliver targeted presentations, workshops and demos tailored to customer needs, supporting deal progression and closure.

Own the pipeline en convert

Take full ownership of your pipeline, actively drive progress and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, ensuring a smooth handover to implementation teams.

Stay ahead

Keep up with retail and RFID industry developments and use these insights to proactively provide forward-looking advice to customers.

Your team

You’ll join our international new business team focused on iD Cloud. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues who partner with some of the world’s most iconic retailers. Our quarterly international sales meetings offer a space to share insights, learn from each other and develop professionally.

You are comfortable navigating complex, international environments, asking the right questions, and building trust through collaboration and expertise.   • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a highly dynamic, international environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Commercial & analytical strength: The ability to translate complex technology into clear, concrete value for clients.
  • Results-driven mindset: A proven track record of driving meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and/or French is a must.
