What are you going to do?

As an Implementation Manager for Pace, you help large organizations and multinational companies successfully implement our cloud-native Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solution. You are responsible for the full implementation journey: from defining the implementation approach to go-live and customer adoption.

You combine technical depth with clear ownership. You ensure Pace integrates smoothly with existing IT, IAM, and physical access control systems (PACS), while keeping a strong grip on planning, scope, and progress. Throughout the implementation, you are the primary point of contact for the customer and translate functional questions into concrete, workable solutions.

Pace is in an active growth phase, where both the product and our implementation approach are still evolving. This means you do more than deliver implementations: you actively contribute to shaping and professionalizing our implementation processes, helping us scale Pace in a sustainable way.

Your team

You will join the Customer Success cluster within the Market Solutions Team of Nedap Security. This international team works from our headquarters in Groenlo and remotely, focusing on our largest and most strategic customers.

The Market Solutions Team includes implementation managers, sales professionals, SDRs, account managers, and solution consultants. Your focus will be on Pace — our solution that helps organizations manage physical access, identities, and authorizations in a secure, transparent, and scalable way.

You will work closely with software developers, infrastructure and platform teams, and other customer success colleagues. The culture is entrepreneurial and content-driven, with plenty of room for ownership, autonomy, and collaboration.

What's in it for you?

Our offer

In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month, a solid pension plan, and a profit-sharing scheme with the possibility to become a Nedap shareholder. Everything here revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also highly value personal and professional growth. You’ll receive a thorough onboarding, and we encourage you to keep developing yourself.
