As a work student, you will have the opportunity to work in the ANL People Function with the Strategic People Business Partner for Resilience NL and the Head of Organizational Health & Wellbeing. This role will work with confidential HR data records relevant to Organizational Health and Wellbeing topics. The position requires an interest in the People domain with a focus on organizational health, data processing, insights & reporting, and process improvements related to Organizational Health.

Role Description

As an Organizational Health & Wellbeing Work Student, you will act as the single point of contact for processing absence data for Resilience NL employees. You will also contribute to broader organizational health projects at the NL level, delivering key insights to support employee wellbeing. This role offers a unique chance to combine your academic knowledge with practical experience in a professional setting.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Social Studies, Human Resources Management, Statistics/Data Analysis, or Law. You have prior experience with data processing, reporting, or statistical projects, and you possess a basic understanding of Dutch labor law. Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.

You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with reporting tools and systems. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable liaising with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
