Job Description

Are you a strong, positive and business-minded HR professional who thrives in dynamic and changing environments? Do you want to make the difference in a tech company with a drive to make the world more sustainable? As an HR Business Partner you will help create Fujitsu’s future-proof workforce.

As an HR Business Partner at Fujitsu, you will be supporting our Netherlands business, covering the full range of sales, delivery and support functions. You translate the HR-strategy to the business and help define the people priorities. You’re a strategic thinker and capable of translating strategy to tactical implementation and step in on an operational level when required.

The most important themes are strategic workforce planning, talent development and performance management. We are currently undergoing a transformation in the Dutch organisation and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can support this journey with confidence, creativity and professionalism.

You will work closely with the local HR team and the wider Benelux HR organisation, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers across our Sales, FSAS and Delivery teams. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the Dutch HR BP scope, combining day-to-day support with broader HR projects across the region.

Your responsibilities

You will contribute to the local HR strategy and manage HR projects based on business requirements – from definition to implementation and evaluation – in areas such as People Development, Learning, Performance Management and Organisational Development.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support and guide the organisation through ongoing organisational change and transformation, helping the business to become more agile and future-ready.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers, advising and providing recommendations on HR processes, strategic topics and policies.
  • Coach and challenge business leaders, enabling them to have meaningful connect conversations and to grow in their leadership role.
  • Collaborate with managers during compensation review cycles, ensuring consistency and transparency in the process.
  • Drive the performance management cycle and contribute to succession planning, particularly within the Delivery organisation.
  • Work on cross-border HR initiatives within the Benelux and contribute to projects across the NWE region affecting Dutch employees.
  • Support the Head of HR and colleagues in the optimisation of HR processes and structures to enhance service delivery to the business.

Define, together with the business, the skills and capabilities needed to support current and future growth.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within an international or matrix organisation.
  • Proven experience in change management and organisational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills – you are confident, assertive and comfortable challenging the business when needed.
  • A hands-on and proactive attitude – you take ownership, stay close to the business, and are not afraid to make decisions.
  • Creativity and resilience – you bring fresh ideas and remain optimistic even in difficult situations.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

When you join our team, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary, variable bonus scheme, and company car
  • A hybrid working model (home and office in De Meern)
  • A lot of autonomy and freedom to shape your role and projects
  • A warm, collaborative and experienced Benelux HR team
  • The opportunity to grow your career locally and internationally within Fujitsu
  • Access to exciting transformation projects and room to make real impact

If you want to co-create the future alongside colleagues who care, challenge and support you – join us and shape your world at Fujitsu.
