As a Partnership & Events Specialist, you drive the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships—from identification and negotiation to activation and performance optimization. You translate partnerships into impactful events, content, and brand experiences that strengthen our brand, enhance customer experience, and deliver commercial results.
You work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure every collaboration creates mutual value and long-term impact.
1) Develop & negotiate key partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partners aligned with our brand values, marketing objectives, and target audiences.
Lead partnership negotiations, defining clear deliverables, rights, KPIs, and success metrics.
Manage the partnership pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship building.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies supporting partnership development.
2) Activate partnerships & coordinate events
Design and execute integrated partnership activation plans, including content, commercial, and in-store components.
Plan and manage partnership-driven events from concept to execution and post-event evaluation.
Collaborate with Brand & Campaign and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
Ensure partnership activations are fully leveraged across marketing channels for maximum impact.
3) Monitor, report & optimize performance
Define relevant KPIs for partnerships, activations, and events.
Track performance and ROI against objectives.
Deliver clear reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Capture learnings and translate insights into recommendations to improve future partnerships and activations.
Who are you?
2–7 years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing communications, or brand activation.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in negotiating partnerships and coordinating agencies or suppliers.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and ROI.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Passion for sport and brand building.
