Our Cardiac Surgery business is offering a very broad product folio to healthcare professionals to address and treat various conditions. With state-of-the-art products, a collaborative culture, and an unwavering commitment to enhancing patient outcomes, we’re making a lasting impact on the world of healthcare.

As a Sales Representative – Cardiac Surgery, you will join a small passionate and experienced team and report to the Benelux Sales Manager. You will represent Medtronic’s market-leading product portfolio and work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions in Belgium. You are expected to travel regularly.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead sales efforts within your designated territory to drive growth and expand the adoption of Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery solutions
• Meet and exceed established sales targets for your assigned territory
• Build partnerships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance patient care
• Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical advantages of Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery products through comprehensive product demonstrations and in-procedure support
• Identify new sales opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and increase market share for Medtronic’s cardiac surgery product portfolio
• Act as a trusted resource in the operating room by providing technical expertise and ensuring optimal product performance during surgeries

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, show resilience and drive results in a competitive environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; team player
• Familiarity with operating room protocols and hospital purchasing processes
• Fluency in Dutch and English
