Someday bouwt een nieuw Fintech platform waar we de toekomst van woningeigenaarschap opnieuw definiëren: van het flexibel vrijmaken, besteden en beheren van overwaarde tot financiële oplossingen voor starters die nu geen mogelijkheden hebben op de woningmarkt. We werken samen met financiële instellingen, consumentenbelang groepen en maatschappelijke partners.
Sinds 2019 is Someday gegroeid naar een team van ca. 40 werknemers en anticiperen op nog veel meer (internationale) groei.

The idea for Someday came in late 2019, when our founder & CEO, Neil Currie, realized there is an incredible amount of wealth locked up in Dutch homes, but that homeowners cannot use it: not for financial emergencies, not to share with their loved ones, not to improve their lives. In the two years since then, Someday has grown from a handful of experienced entrepreneurs to a full-fledged team of 20+ employees with a wealth of experience from across industries.
We now have a new Fintech platform that helps people access their home equity when they need it, and inspires them to improve their lives. Whether this means remodeling their homes, buying solar panels, or (partial) early retirement. We are not doing this alone: we work together with large institutions, consumer interest groups, and a wide variety of societal partners. Together we want to address the massive amount of household wealth locked up in homes: Dutch households alone have over €1,000 Billion in home equity.
