The organizational structure at Cupstack is quite flat. We work closely together with management, interns and owners all together to achieve the same mission. Cupstack is part of the Mangrove Group which allows you to work with various kinds of people and also highers your growth possibilities.


Developing an application process is always challenging. For us it is important that we focus on both parties: you and us. It should be a match as you are starting sort of a relationship together. Therefor the following application process has been developed:

Call 1: Online call to talk explore the personal match between our People Manager and you.

Call 2: Online in-depth call about the vacant to explore if it is the fit for your.

Meeting 1: Inviting you to our HQ and discussing a personal test that we send beforehand with a future direct and indirect colleague.
