Freetrailer began with a simple idea: to make it easy to borrow a trailer when you need one. Since 2004, we’ve been working to simplify everyday logistics and today, we’re present in multiple countries with thousands of trailers and cargo bikes.

In Freetrailer, we have a strong community where people like to spend time together to both work and have fun. Twice a year we all meet to celebrate and have fun. In Sales, the team meet every week online but there is a great collaboration across the team which operates in 5 countries.

The process is thorough and we do our best to find the best match for Freetrailer as well as for the candidate. There will be interviews both on Teams as well as it the office in Copenhagen where we will invite those candidates that have proceeded to the next step for an interview. We will also ask the candidate to take a behavioral assessment called TT38 to help us understand what drives the candidates as well as what we should be mindful of when we hire a new employee.
