Every year we select and invite 100 talented students and graduates to BCG Milan offices for 5 days, where we offer them the opportunity for education and interaction with top influencers from the global and Italian business communities.
The selected talents are also offered a mentorship program which provides them the insights and guidance to develop their career path. Last but not least, they become part of The Future Makers Alumni community, an exclusive, diverse and, innovation-focused network.
