Why do I see fewer candidates than expected?

This is often caused by strict filters in the vacancy settings—such as language level, location or field of study. If filters are too specific, they can reduce the number of visible matches.

Open the vacancy on your vacancy overview page, click the three dots next to the title and select Edit. There you can adjust the vacancy settings and filters to increase your reach.
