Why can’t I upload our banner, photo or video?

If the upload doesn’t work, please check whether the file meets the following requirements:

• The file is a JPG, PNG or MP4

• The file size does not exceed 25 MB

• For banners, the minimum resolution is 1920 × 1080 pixels

Still experiencing issues? Try uploading the file again with adjusted dimensions or a smaller file size to see if that resolves the problem.
