The Magnet.me app/website crashes every time I open it.


Sorry to hear the app or website isn’t working properly. We recommend trying the following first:

  • fully close the app or browser and open it again

  • check if you’re using the latest version of the app

  • try a different browser or device

If the issue continues, go to Contact in the top-right corner and message our support team with the device you’re using and what exactly happens. We’ll investigate further.
