Send messages to candidates


Once you’ve found the right candidates, it’s time to reach out. Sending a message is your moment to make a strong first impression and start building a connection.

Keep your message short, clear and personal. Good communication helps candidates feel engaged and makes your recruitment process faster and more effective.

How do I send a message? Sending a message is easy:

  1. Go to the profile of the candidate you want to contact.

  2. Click Message in the bottom-right corner of the profile.

  3. Type your message and click Send—the conversation starts right away.

How do I manage my conversations? Click Messages in the top menu bar to open your Message Center.

Here, you’ll see all your conversations with job seekers. Use filters to keep a clear overview, and close completed conversations to keep your Message Center organised and efficient.
