Post your vacancies

You can easily post all your vacancies on Magnet.me using the Post new vacancy button in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Within minutes, your vacancy is live.

In addition to regular vacancies, you can also:

post internships;
share events, such as in-house days, workshops or business courses.

These are great ways to show students and professionals what your organisation stands for.

Make sure your vacancy gets the right visibility When posting a vacancy, it’s important to select the right filters. These directly determine who will see your vacancy. The better your targeting, the more relevant your matches will be.

On the right-hand side of your screen, you’ll also see helpful tips to make your vacancy stand out and reach the right talent.

💡 Tip Will your vacancy be open for a longer period—more than 90 days, for example? Make sure the deadline is set at least 90 days into the future. This prevents the vacancy from being archived automatically and keeps it visible until you decide to close it.

By keeping your vacancies up to date, candidates always see the most relevant opportunities.
