Recruitment works best when you do it together. By inviting colleagues to Magnet.me, you collaborate more efficiently: you share insights, divide tasks and follow up with candidates at the right moment.
Working as a team helps you:
keep a clear overview of who’s in contact with which candidate;
align better within the recruitment process;
create a consistent and professional experience for every job seeker.
This way, you’ll find the right people faster—and recruitment becomes clearer and more enjoyable.
How do I invite colleagues?
Inviting colleagues is easy:
Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen.
Click Invite colleague.
Enter your colleague’s email address and send the invitation.
Your colleague will receive an email with instructions to create a Magnet.me account. Once the account is active, they can view your network, see candidates and start sourcing together with you.
How do I manage my team?
Under Invite colleagues, you’ll see an overview of everyone who has access to your company account. Want to remove someone? Click the trash icon next to their name.
