How does the shortlist / candidate management work?


You manage candidates per vacancy. Open a vacancy by clicking the title and go to Likes & connections. From there, you can:

  • add candidates to your shortlist when they’re a good fit

  • archive candidates when they’re not a match right now

  • message candidates directly

If you want to reach out to multiple candidates at once, you can use the bulk option. This lets you send a personalised message to up to 20 candidates at a time, using tags (like first name). You can write the message yourself, or use our AI tool to generate one based on your company’s communication style.

All changes are saved automatically and are immediately visible to your team.
