How does automatic vacancy promotion with job slots work?

Job slots are used automatically to promote vacancies. As soon as a job slot becomes available, it’s automatically filled with a suitable vacancy—no manual setup is required.The selection of which vacancy is promoted happens automatically, based on:

• Vacancy type (such as traineeships, events or business courses)

• Match potential (vacancies with more relevant matches are prioritised)

• Recency (recently posted vacancies are promoted sooner)

You always stay in control. If you don’t want a vacancy to be promoted, you can remove it from the job slot. The vacancy will then remain unpromoted until you decide to promote it again. If you manually remove a vacancy from a job slot, no new vacancy will be promoted automatically, so you can choose yourself which vacancy to place in that slot.The number of vacancies that can be promoted at the same time depends on the number of job slots included in your package. If no suitable vacancies are available, job slots will remain empty until new vacancies are published.
