We are now looking for Bank Support Workers to join our teams in New Malden to work with adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.
You don’t need experience as full training is provided, and you will work with a local team who will guide you from day one.

Avenues is a specialist provider of social care, supporting disabled people with complex needs to enjoy life and we would love you to become part of our teams.
Working shifts; Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rota covering usually early mornings, late and night shifts.
Our pay for this role is £8.25 per hour + holiday payment + benefits.
The following rates also apply:
Waking Nights (Monday to Friday) - £10.00 per hour
Saturday Day Shifts - £10.25 per hour
Saturday Night Shifts - £10.50 per hour
Sunday Day Shifts - £11.25 per hour
Sunday Night Shifts - £11.50 per hour
