About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Innovation & Marketing Assistant to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Innovation & Marketing Assistant lies within the EMEA Foodservice Team). You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Foodservice Marketing & Strategic Lead (based in The Shard), as well as a dotted line to the Foodservice Marketing Operations Manager Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of successful Innovation launches will be your primary responsibility. You’ll also be constantly looking for improvement activities and processes within the Foodservice Team.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Support delivery of key tasks in product development (Cross-functional alignment, Label design development, Data management, NPA forms)
  • Owner of your dedicated projects (E.g. Small NPD Launches such as Range Extensions or Flexible Formats and the communication linked to it, Activations linked to Retail campaigns, Online activities)
  • Efficient management of business processes (product catalogue, product discontinuation, artwork, sampling, Information sharing)
  • Creation, collection and organization of marketing materials (trade decks, product information, promo materials, specs)
  • Liaise and – where appropriate – manage external agencies e.g. Repro, Handling House, Creative

You will be part of the EMEA Foodservice Team, working closely with 11 markets. You will work on large scale projects with R&D and supply chain mainly in order to develop concepts and new products.

You will be able to considerably develop your skills by being part of Kraft Heinz, a multinational company in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be supported to grow.

  • Master student preferably (Marketing, Business & Management, Supply Chain, Psychology)
  • Strong affinity with marketing and new product development
  • Thesis to be studied needs to link closely to outputs of the responsibilities as above
  • Proactive attitude - Problem Solving – Strong Communication Skills - Analytical Skills - Organizational skills - Attention to detail
  • Quick learner that thrives in a fast paced international environment
  • Excel / Power point – Intermediate / Advanced
