Purpose of role

  • Develop Sales of the Outbound Information Management Solutions/Customer Applications
  • Act as Subject Manner Expert for the BU on the considered Solutions/customer Application

Develop the Expertise in national sales organisations related to Customer Processes

  • Identification of customer business needs and challenges
  • Customer Benefit of digital transformation

Increase visibility and credibility of Canon

  • Develop relation with main analyst firms and Business Associations to promote Canon Document Solutions -Information Management Outbound expertise and Know-How
  • Participate to customer event as Subject Manner Expert
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team as Subject Matter Expert to provide content to be included in B2B communication

Develop sales

  • Support NSO sales organisation on customer engagement and business closing
  • Define customer target group and market potential
  • Create sales tools
  • Create and drive the community of the sales force selling the considered IM Outbound Customer Applications
  • Create and share best practices with the sales community across Europe
  • Ensure proper execution of the Sales and business development Strategy in the NSO related to the considered Solutions/customer applications
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to create lead generation and communication campaign.

Strategy

  • Make recommendation on what should be done to ensure continuous business growth of the solutions/Services sold
  • Strategic prioritization based on customer and competitor insight analysis with Marketing Excellence
  • Follow market evolution (Regulation / Competition, …)

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in selling and supporting Sales Development of the considered Solutions/Customer Applications
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Must demonstrate competence in performing, advanced networking & relationship development.
  • Experience Working in a Matrix organization
